Home Visit.
We will visit you at home and listen to all of your ideas and requirements so that we can fully explore the options that you have. We can then offer advice and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of your options.
We will advise if your project falls under permitted development or will require planning permission.
We will assess the ecological and environmental impact your proposals will have on your property and surrounding area and advise if ecological
or arborocultural surveys will be required to accompany your application.
We will look at the location of your drains to see if you need a build over agreement from your water utilities provider.
Advise if your application will require a design and access statement.
We will also advise if the proposed works fall within requirements of the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
Quotation.
Once we have all the relevant information we will provide you with a comprehensive quotation covering all the aspects discussed so you will have full knowledge of all expenditure before you commit to the process
Home Survey
Once you have approved our quotation we will undertake a measured survey of your home and take photographs of the property. By the end of your home survey we aim to have all of your questions answered.
Prepare Planning Application
Drawings and statements if required:
We aim to have drawings completed and back to you within seven to ten days following your home survey. Drawings are always created to comply with building regulations. Should you require any changes to these drawings, we will happily make amendments and re-issue for your approval.
